Embedded travel booking inside your banking app.

Embedded travel for banks and fintechs. Hotels, flights and car rental from different suppliers, in one basket and one checkout. Your brand, your app, your payment rails. Turnkey, or through the API.

The bank’s home screen: the EUR balance, and at the top of the account feed a Barcelona hotel stay and a London to Barcelona flight booked a moment ago.
The booking lands in your account feed.
A trip basket with a Barcelona hotel, a return flight from London and a car rental, each from a different supplier, each with its traveller filled in.
Different suppliers, one basket.
The result screen: hotel, flight and car each confirmed, paid from the EUR account, with the points earned and the rental due at pick-up.
Every part confirmed with its own provider.

Built for banks and fintechs.

A travel tab in the app you already run

Travel becomes one more screen in your mobile banking app, built on our API, or a branded travel portal you link to. Your customer stays signed in to your app the whole time.

Travel rewards and card-linked offers stay yours

Points, cashback, travel perks for premium cards and card-linked offers are your programme. The engine tells it what booked and for how much, and you decide what the customer earns.

Pay from any account, or buy now, pay later

Your customer pays from a current account, a currency account, a card on file, an instalment plan or BNPL, the way they already pay you.

Hotels, flights and car rental in one basket

A weekend city break or a two-week family trip: any mix of stays, flights and rentals from different suppliers goes into one basket and one checkout.

Turnkey, under your brand.

  • A travel tab, not a redirect

Travel becomes one more screen in your app, or a branded storefront you link to. The customer never leaves your brand.

  • One basket across suppliers

Any number of hotels, flights and car rentals from different providers, in one basket and one checkout.

  • Paid the way your bank pays

Currency accounts, cards on file, instalment plans and rewards stay yours, and so does the money.

  • After-sale in the app

Cancellations quote the real penalty and refund in the same place the trip was booked. No call centre in the loop.

  • On top of the supply you already buy

Bring your own contracts or the aggregator you already buy from; with no supply of your own, run on the providers we connect to. We are the layer on top, not another supplier.

  • Your customer’s identity stays yours

Your customer stays signed in to your app. No second login, and no account on our side.

What buyers ask first.

Can a bank offer travel booking inside its own mobile app?

Yes. GoChatTravel is a white-label booking engine: the bank shows hotels, flights and car rental as a screen in its own app, or links a branded storefront, and the engine runs search, one cross-supplier basket, checkout and cancellation behind it.

What is embedded travel for banks?

Embedded travel means a bank or fintech sells hotels, flights and car rental inside its own app, under its own brand, instead of sending customers to an online travel agency. GoChatTravel provides the booking engine, the basket and the checkout for it.

Does the bank need its own travel supply?

No. A bank can run on the providers GoChatTravel is already connected to, bring its own supplier contracts, or put GoChatTravel on top of an aggregator it already buys from.

How does payment work for a bank?

The customer pays the way they already pay the bank — from their accounts, by card, in instalments or BNPL. How it is wired for your bank is agreed in the first conversation.

Can customers earn rewards or points on travel?

Yes. The bank’s rewards programme stays the bank’s; the engine reports what was booked and for how much, so the bank can award points, cashback or card perks on it.

Can a customer book a hotel, a flight and a car in one checkout?

Yes. Any number of hotels, flights and car rentals from different suppliers go into one basket and one checkout; each supplier confirms its own item, and a basket is never part-charged without the customer being told.

How long does it take to launch?

A pilot configures modules that are already built against the bank’s brand and suppliers, rather than developing from scratch. Scope and timing are agreed in the first conversation.

Is it an AI agent?

No. The booking path is deterministic code with no model inference. Chat is one optional way to shop; the app screens call the same engine.
