Referral Program Overview

Our referral program rewards users who invite new customers to book hotels only through our platform. Rewards are tracked across three referral levels and are credited to your account after the referred guest completes their stay and checks out.

Eligibility and How It Works

  • Get your link — Request a personalized referral link in a personal chat and we will send it to you. New users must arrive at our site by clicking that exact link for the booking to be tracked as your referral.
  • Referral levels — You earn rewards from up to three levels of referrals:
    • Level 1 — users you invite directly.
    • Level 2 — users invited by your Level 1 referrals.
    • Level 3 — users invited by your Level 2 referrals.
  • Eligible bookings — Only completed hotel bookings are eligible for referral commissions. Bookings for other products or services are excluded.

Calculation details

  • Commissions are calculated on the booking subtotal and exclude taxes, government fees, and platform service fees.
  • Commissions are computed in the booking currency and credited to your account balance after the referred guest checks out and the booking is not refunded.
  • Refund rule — If any refund is issued for the booking (partial or full), the related commission is void and will not be paid or will be reversed if already credited.

Availability and Redemption Rules

  • When funds become available — Commission becomes usable the day after the referred guest checks out. If the booking is canceled or refunded, the commission will be reversed and removed from your balance.
  • How credits may be used — Referral credits can be used only to pay for hotel bookings for your own personal stay on our platform. Credits are:
    • Non-transferable — you cannot transfer credits to other users.
    • Non-cashable — credits cannot be withdrawn as cash under any circumstances.
    • Restricted to your own bookings — credits may only be applied to bookings where you are the primary booker and a named guest. Applying credits to bookings where you are not staying is prohibited and may be reversed.
  • Expiration of credits — Earned referral credits are valid for one calendar year from the date they are credited to your account. Unused credits will automatically expire after 12 months.
  • Partial payments and group bookings — If you apply credits to a booking that includes multiple guests, you must be one of the named guests and the primary booker. Using credits for a booking where you are not a guest is not allowed.

Examples

Direct referral example

Level 1 referral booking subtotal: $500.

Your commission: 1% of $500 = $5.

If the guest checks out on 3 March, the $5 becomes usable on 4 March, provided no refund is issued.

Three-level chain example

You → Alice (Level 1) → Bob (Level 2) → Carol (Level 3).

  • Carol books $400 → you earn 0.5% = $2 (usable after Carol checks out and only if no refund occurs).
  • Bob books $300 → you earn 0.5% = $1.50.
  • Alice books $600 → you earn 1% = $6.

Using credits example

Your available referral balance is $20. You book a hotel for yourself with a subtotal of $200. You may apply your $20 credit toward that booking. You may not apply the $20 to a booking where you are not a guest or request a cash payout.

Rules Limits and Abuse Prevention

  • Maximum depth — Rewards are paid only for up to three referral levels.
  • One link per user — Each user receives one personalized referral link. Altering or manipulating links to misattribute referrals is prohibited.
  • No self-referrals — Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself is prohibited; such commissions will be voided and accounts may be suspended.
  • Non-transferable and non-cashable — Referral credits cannot be transferred to other users or converted to cash. There are no exceptions.
  • Account standing — Commissions are paid only while both your account and the referred account remain in good standing.
  • Fraud detection — We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim commissions if we detect fraudulent activity, manipulation, or policy violations. Violations may result in reversal of credits and account suspension.
  • Refunds — Any refund issued for a booking (partial or full) voids the commission for that booking.
  • Credit Expiration — Referral credits expire one calendar year from the date they are earned.

  • Where can I see my pending and available credits? — You can view your pending and available referral credits by request in personal chat. Contact support in chat and provide your account details; we will return a current summary of pending commissions and available balance.
  • When do I receive my commission? — Commissions are credited to your account after the referred guest checks out and the booking is not refunded. Credits become usable the day after checkout.
  • Can I withdraw referral credits as cash? — No. Referral credits are never redeemable for cash and can only be used to book hotels for your own stay on our platform.
  • What if a booking is partially refunded? — If any refund is issued for the booking, the related commission is void and will not be paid or will be reversed if already credited.
  • Can I use credits to pay for someone else’s booking? — No. Credits may only be applied to bookings where you are the primary booker and a named guest.
