For travel agencies

Keep your suppliers. Sell them in one cart.

Already have contracts with a GDS, a bedbank or an airline? Do not change suppliers. Connect them to GoChatTravel and get a modern storefront and one checkout across all of them, under your brand.

A storefront cart with a Paris hotel, a London to Paris return flight and a car rental at Charles de Gaulle, each from a different supplier, each with its traveller assigned, and one total.
Three suppliers, one cart, one total.
A storefront checkout where the airline could not confirm the flight: nothing was charged, and the closest flights are listed with their dates, times, stops and price difference, to book in the same checkout.
An offer dies mid-purchase: the closest match, one click away.

Built for travel agencies.

Your contracts, connected as they are

The GDS, bedbank, aggregator and direct contracts you already have are connected without renegotiating anything or replacing a supplier.

One cart across all of them

Flights from one supplier, hotels from another and car rental from a third go into one cart, any number of each, and one checkout books every item with its own supplier.

A storefront, or the API

Launch the white-labelled storefront under your brand and domain, or build your own front end on the API. The same engine runs both.

Turnkey, under your brand.

  • One cart, all suppliers

A trip that needs three suppliers is still one cart and one checkout for your customer.

  • A sold-out offer is not a lost sale

If a flight or a room sells out during checkout, the closest match is offered and booked in the same checkout.

  • Travellers entered once

Each traveller is entered once and goes to every airline, hotel and rental desk in the trip.

  • After-sale without a call centre

Customers cancel where they booked, and refunds follow each supplier’s own terms.

  • On top of the supply you already buy

Bring your own contracts or the aggregator you already buy from; with no supply of your own, run on the providers we connect to. We are the layer on top, not another supplier.

  • Your payment rails

Your customers pay the way they already pay you, and the money goes where it already goes.

  • Your customer’s identity stays yours

Your customer stays signed in to your app. No second login, and no account on our side.

What buyers ask first.

Why not connect Sabre, Amadeus, Duffel or Nuitee directly?

Suppliers provide inventory; GoChatTravel provides commerce. Sabre and Amadeus sell flights, Duffel sells flights, Nuitee sells hotels — each through its own API, one booking at a time. None of them gives one cart across all of them, one checkout that books every item with its own supplier, the closest match booked on the spot when an offer sells out mid-purchase, travellers entered once for every item, or one after-sale flow where the customer cancels and is refunded without a call centre. That is the commerce layer GoChatTravel adds on top, under your brand, and you keep your supplier contracts.

Do we have to change suppliers?

No. Your GDS, bedbank, aggregator and direct contracts are connected as they are. A supplier that is not connected yet is added in weeks, not a quarter.

Can we sell flights, hotels and cars from different suppliers in one booking?

Yes. They go into one cart and one checkout; each item is confirmed by its own supplier, and the customer always sees which parts are confirmed.

Do we get a booking website?

Yes. A white-labelled storefront under your brand and domain, or the API if you already have a front end.

Who owns the customer and the margin?

You do. GoChatTravel is not named anywhere your customer sees. You keep the brand, the customer, the payment and the margin.

Is it an AI agent?

No. The booking path is deterministic code with no model inference.
